A) Traditional and repeat events will have priority when scheduling events; requires notification of fair management for future scheduling confirmation. (deposit may be required)
B) Proof of non-profit status for requesting non-profit rates.
C)Liability insurance is required on all building/facilities rentals or usage. (responsibility of renter/user)
D) Contract deposit of $75 with each submitted contract for NEW events of one day or more; non-refundable if event is not held without notice OR cancelled after agreed upon date (as stated in the agreement).
E) Damage deposits as determined and required by fair management, $100 minimum to $600 maximum per event.
F) All alcohol requests must go through a formal request process. Requires 45 day advance notice. Ask for details.
G) If renter desires a "special" specific set up of rental area for tables, chairs, arenas or panels/pens renter MUST provide "special" set-up diagram ten working days prior to event; or rental area will be left "as is" with equipment stacked in rental area for user to set up and take down. All tables and chairs must be cleaned and disinfected upon take down.
H) Percentage discount allowed for multiple rental days for facilities and arenas (at full listed commercial rate); 10% -3 days and 15% -4 days or more
I) No Smoking and No Tobacco use inside all facilities, including Grand Stand seating area.
