2011 Queen Jeri Kay Jacobson is the 21 year old daughter of Bruce & Gail Jacobson. She attended schools at Wind River, Pavillion and graduated from Riverton High School as a Valedictorian. Jeri went on to play basketball at Central Wyoming College in Riverton for two years and subsequently received her Associates Degree in Biological Science. She is currently playing basketball for the Upper Iowa University Peacocks in Fayette, Iowa and majoring in biology. Jeri’s passions are riding horses, dancing, playing with her dog, Rusty, and spending time with her family. She started showing in 4-H when she was 8 years old and continued showing until this last year in FFA. Jeri currently shows in AQHA events and the Cowboy States Stock Horse Association. She never missed attending a Fremont County Fair all her life. Jeri encourages everyone to come to the 2011 Fair & Rodeo and have a fun, memorable experience. |
2011 Jr. Queen Attendant Devon Burrell is the 16 year old daughter of the late Shannon Burrell and will be a Junior at Wind River High School. She is this year’s Arapahoe 8 ½ Club President and is active in the Wind River FFA. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and animals. In her free time, she loves to ride her horses, barrel race, play with her dogs, and paint pictures of horses. Devon hopes that this year’s county fair is one to remember!!
2011 Jr. Queen 1st Attendant Marissa Stone is the 16 year old daughter of Eric Stone and Margaret Page. She attends Riverton High School and has been a FFA member for the past 3 years, as well as being actively involved in 4-H, Choir and High School Rodeo, where she enjoys pole bending & barrel racing. During the fair Marissa shows dogs, goats and horses. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
2011 Princess Cara Carper is the 14 year old daughter of Shawn and Jeanne Carper. Cara attends Riverton Middle School where she plays volleyball, basketball and participates in swimming and track. She loves animals, spending time with her friends and playing the piano for fun. She enjoys riding horses with her family in the mountains and going to Rodeos. She is very active in 4-H. At the fair she shows dairy goats, makes projects for interior design. cake decorating, sewing and does fashion modeling. Cara hopes YOU enjoy the Fremont County Fair as much as she does!
2011 Princess 1st Attendant Shawna Evans is the 13 year old daughter of Debbie Evans and Ernie Evans. She attends Riverton Middle School where she enjoys all her classes and plays the flute in the Riverton Middle School Band. Shawna loves barrel racing, pole bending, team penning and plain old trail riding. She is active member of the Barn Bums 4-H Club where she serves as Treasurer. She sows dogs, and horses at the Fremont County Fair.
2011 Ambassador Cody Scott is the 17 year old son of Clay and Tonya Scott. Cody is a Senior at Wind River High School where he will graduate in May. Cody has been an active member in 4-H and FFA for 8 years. He enjoys riding bulls in the WRA, showing cattle, livestock judging, riding horses, farming and being a volunteer firefighter. After high school, Cody plans to attend Casper College after graduation to Rodeo. Cody wants to farm like his dad or be a wild land firefighter, after college. |
