2023 Queen Charmayne Dewey

2023 Queen Charmayne Dewey

Charmayne Dewey is the 18 year old daughter of Jim Dewey. Charmayne graduated from Shoshoni High School this May. She has participated in basketball, volleyball, acting, military science, 4-H and FFA. She is a member of national Honor Society, the Missouri Valley Fire Department and she is the Shoshoni 2023 Senior Class President. She has lettered in basketball, and won many award through FFA. in FFA Charmayne competed in Horse Judging Extemporaneous Speaking, Ag Issues, State Star Placement Farmer, and Proficiencies and she earned her State Degree and received a Regional Star in Agriculture Placement award. Through 4-H and FFA She enjoys showing lambs at the Fremont County Fair. In addition to showing lambs, she enjoys reading, riding horses and spending time with her friends and Family. Charmayne plans to attend Charleston Southern University to study Criminal Justice and Criminal Psychology.
2023 Junior Queen Heidi Shade

2023 Junior Queen Heidi Shade

Heidi Shade is the 16 year old daughter of John and Amanda Shade. She will be a junior part-time at Lander Valley High School and homeschooled, in the fall of 2023. She is in the Willow Creek Livewire 4-H group, and is the sentinel for the Lander FFA Chapter. Heidi competes in Horse Judging, meats judging, ag issues, and has competed in the National FFA Convention for agriscience. She enjoys riding her horses and showing them at the Fremont County Fair, she also enjoys welding, hunting, and swing dancing. Heidi does track and field, softball and ballet. Her future plans included going to the University of Wyoming, where she will get her business degree, then going to Wyoming Real Estate School, where she will get her real estate license. Heidi is looking forward to serving as your 2023 Fremont County Fair Junior Queen.

2023 Junior Queen Attendant Sam Wahl

Sam Wahl is the 15 year old daughter of Scott and Amy Wahl. The fall of 2023 she will be a sophomore at the Lander Valley High School where she enjoys her Ag Class and participates in the local FFA Chapter. Same pole vaults for indoor and outdoor track and is an active member of the Willow Creek Live Wires 4-H group. Sam enjoys riding her horses, Reign and Tough Toy, as well as showing them at Fair along with her two cats, Mr. Jingles and Auggie. Sam also enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, welding, hunting, camping and fishing any chance she can get. Sam is looking forward to serving you as your 2023 Fremont County Fair Junior Queen Attendant.

2023 Princess Remington Prince

Remington Prince is the daughter of Larry and Olivia Prince and is an 8th grader at Shoshoni School. Remi's favorite class in school is English and her favorite color is lavender or yellow. In her free time, she likes to ride her horses and play with her animals. Remi's favorite time of year is fall because of the fall rodeos and the weather and her favorite food is her Dad's homemade grilled cheese sandwiches and her Mom's chili. When Remi is older, she wants to travel to rodeos across the country with her friends and live in a living quarters trailer. The thing Remi is looking forward to most this year is working on carrying flags and doing barrels on her new horse Sonora. She is very excited to be this year's Fremont County Fair Royalty Princess.

2023 Princess Attendant Kimberly Weber

Kimberly Weber is the daughter of Matthew and Kassandra Weber. She is in the 7th grade at Lander Middle School where she participates in middle school wrestling. This year she was honored to wrestle at the National Women's Wrestling Tournament in Iowa. She is hoping to continue wrestling through school. She was the Lander Old Timers Pioneer Day Little Princess in 2016. It was her first year in the rodeo and parade and she loved it! in 2022 Kimberly was Lander Old Timers Pioneer Day Princess. She has been an active member in 4-H for 5 years with Shooting Sports, Horse Show, sheep and beef projects. She has been playing softball for 7 years. Kimberly is excited to keep representing Fremont County in the upcoming year as she strives to encourage and help others in any way she can.

2023 Junior Princess Raven Vukich

Raven Vukich is the 11 year old daughter of Melissa and Jeremy Vukich. She will be entering 6th grade at Riverton Middle School. This is Ravens' third year as a member of Burma Nite Riders 4-H Club, and she enjoys participating in the Fremont County Fair with her meat goats, horses and baking. She is looking forward to trying sewing this year, showing more horses and entering in more riding events at the fair. Throughout the year, she rides her horse, Texas, and her grandma's horse, Sugar, during cattle sorting and working cow horse clinics. Raven enjoys spending time with her animals, camping, hunting, fishing, cooking, riding, playing board games, crafting and drawing. She is looing forward to serving as your 2023 Fremont County Fair Junior Princess.
